When and where will my ads run?
You ads will always run in the Swagly Widget, either in the sponsored results section or the preferred results section. If you want to keep your ads in the sponsored results, you need to have the highest CPC in order for your offers to show up every single time. If you are the highest CPC bidder, your picture will be the main offer picture that we use when the ad is delivered. Therefore, we suggest that you put a watermark on your product photos so that the visitors can see your store’s logo. When your budget runs out, the next runner up will replace your results.

How does payment work?
Swagly only accepts credit cards at this point of time.
Why does Swagly require Advertisers to pay a deposit?
It is to the best interests of Swagly and our Advertisers that there is a deposit in case if there are any problems with the payment setup. If in case a credit card expires, or a bank account is over-drafted, the deposit can cover any expenses that may occur during the down time.
How does Swagly’s payment system work?
Swagly works with a threshold payment system where the first payment threshold is $50. When the Advertiser first reaches that threshold at any time, the Advertiser will be debited for $50. After the Advertiser passes that threshold by making that first successful payment, the threshold will be raised a $150 to $200 where the Advertiser is viewed to have a better credit score on Swagly. The threshold is then each raised $150 until the maximum threshold cap is reached ($500). If in any case the Advertiser’s expenses are halted and the threshold is not reached, Swagly will debit the Advertiser at the end of every month.
What is the difference between CPA and Referral Rate?
CPA (Cost per Action) is used when you want to use different payouts for each of your offers. The Referral Rate is used when you’d like to simplify your campaigns by setting one set percentage for all offers within a campaign. Even when a RR (referral rate) is set for a campaign, you can still change it for individual offers.
What are the other ways for me to add offers into Swagly’s Database?
The default ways are to add them manually through our Swagly’s Upload Offers Form. Another alternative is to upload a product CSV feed.
How do I find the right inventory on the publishers I want to advertise on?
Swagly does not require you to choose what inventory you want to advertise on, because Swagly is more like a tagging widget than an advertising widget. Swagly Offers will most likely appear right under a picture or a video, and not in competition for inventories with other advertisements.
How does max CPC work?
Swagly Ads’ algorithm works in a way that it provides both sponsored and the best statistical results. The sponsored results (usually 2-3) are based on the offers that have the highest CPC. Having the highest CPC will give your offers a delivery priority. The best statistical results (usually 3-4) are the offers that are designated by the publisher and not affected by CPC. The publisher is able to select whether the highest CTR offers show, the highest PPA offers show, the highest CPC show, etc.
How does average CPC work?
When you input a max CPC, that price is the price that you are willing to pay for the top spot in the sponsored results. However, if any case your max CPC is legible to be displayed in the sponsored results, we will only charge you the CPC that should only be a small increment above the bid of your next runner up. i.e. Your max CPC = $1.00, runner up CPC = $0.60. We will only charge you $0.65. Therefore, the average CPC will often be different from your max CPC.

Please Contact Us and we will look into the situation and see if there was in fact any mischarge. If there is in fact a mischarge, we will make out best efforts to reverse the charge ASAP.
